H2 Health in Berea, KY is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team on a flexible schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN. You will provide skilled PT treatments under licensed PT supervision and help patients progress toward functional goals in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians, documentation, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for Kentucky licensure.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; previous outpatient experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled Physical Therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Carry out individualized plans of care and help patients progress toward functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on movement, exercise, recovery, and home programs
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality outpatient care
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
