Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time, part-time or PRN roles in outpatient care. You’ll join a collaborative team that prioritizes patient-centered treatment, flexible scheduling, and ongoing clinical growth.

Note: up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible locations, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, and pathways to advance (PTA to DPT) are available to supported therapists.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a PTA.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under a PT-approved plan.
• Progress patients through treatment levels safely within abilities.
• Consult with supervising Physical Therapist on progress and changes.
• Document treatment and patient interactions per CORA policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Collaborate with rehab team to grow clinic culture.
