Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc seeks an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in an outpatient setting. The PTA will perform interventions under physician orders and supervision, while adapting treatment plans to patient progress.

The role requires an associate degree, current PTA licensure or in-process licensure, and CPR certification. This contract offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities to gain diverse clinical experience

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a PTA or in process for licensure as PTA.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
