Job summary

HealthCare Recruitment Counselors is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant for our growing outpatient practice in Colorado Springs, CO. This 100% outpatient role supports a multidisciplinary team and focuses on high-quality patient care.

Schedule is Monday to Friday (office hours end at 1pm on Fridays) with a 4.5-day work week and compensation up to $75K plus comprehensive benefits. Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program, CO PTA license, and 2,000 hours of

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic care recommended.
• Must have completed 2,000 hours to work independently if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues.
• Guide therapeutic exercises.
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Proactively collaborate and uphold the company’s values of excellence, poise, leadership and service.
• Provide exemplary patient care and be able to work professionally with a team.
