Job summary

HCRC consulting in Colorado Springs seeks a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient care team. This 100% outpatient role focuses on musculoskeletal care and collaborative practice with PTs, PAs, MDs and other providers.

Responsibilities include guiding therapeutic exercises, assisting the PT, documenting thoroughly and timely, and upholding our values of excellence and service. A strong team player and commitment to patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in out-patient, orthopedic care.
• Must have completed the 2,000 hours required to work independently without a PT if needed.
• PTA license in CO.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues.
• Guide therapeutic exercises.
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Proactively work collaboratively, and demonstrate the Company's values of excellence, poise, leadership and service.
• Provide exemplary patient care and be able to work in a professional manner with a team.
