Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program (minimum Bachelor's degree).
• Sufficient prior clinical experience in Physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients.
• Treats patients of all ages with a variety of physical disabilities.
• Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other members of the health care team.
• Maintains accurate documentation of therapy services in the medical record.
• May supervise licensed physical therapist assistants, therapy techs, and students.
• Reports to the department Supervisor.
