Physicians Rehab Solution in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapy Technician/Medical Receptionist for our outpatient therapy team. The role includes greeting patients, scheduling, and supporting therapy sessions with clerical and clinical tasks.

Responsibilities include patient prep, information provision, exercise assistance, and medical record handling, with generous PTO accrual and a background check on acceptance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• EMR experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of physical therapy office experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes patients for physical therapy by in person and phone contact.
• Provides information to patients by answering questions and requests.
• Assists patients with exercises and mobility, monitors progress.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and a safe, clean work environment.
• Schedules appointments to optimize provider time and room utilization.
• Maintains patient records and records of charges; handles billing information.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
