Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Supervisor to lead a team of therapists, assistants, and support staff. The role involves evaluation, treatment planning, and ensuring high-quality patient care in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, an APTA-accredited PT degree, and licensure with BLS certification. Outpatient therapy experience is strongly preferred, with onsite morning and evening coverage as needed.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of staff therapists, assistants, and support personnel.
• Perform physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation.
• Document patient care and provide patient/family education.
• Orient and train staff; develop and monitor programs; complete admin duties.
