Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide examination, evaluation, planning and implementation of PT care across inpatient and/or outpatient settings in New Jersey. You will collaborate with patients, families and care teams, document outcomes, and promote evidence-based practice to maximize functional independence.

Requires CAPTE-accredited PT program graduate, NJ PT license, and strong communication and computer skills; minimum 1 year experience preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform PT examinations and evaluations with evidence-based assessment.
• Develop and implement intervention plans and document outcomes.
• Coordinate care with patients, families and clinical teams.
• Provide patient/client and family instruction to promote wellness.
• Participate in department initiatives and quality improvement.
