Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy education program.
• Demonstrated ability and interest in supervision and management.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of staff therapists, therapist assistants, and support personnel.
• Perform physical therapy evaluation, develop treatment plans, implement treatment, document, and educate patients and their families.
• Provide orientation and on-the-job training for staff; develop, monitor and modify programs; participate in department initiatives.
• Practice with integrity and autonomy in accordance with applicable standards and ethics.
• Onsite position with early morning/evening coverage as needed for patient care.
