Job summary

NorthMed Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient positions across Northern California. This full-time role offers a stable, team‑oriented environment with strong clinical support.

The therapist will provide evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment focused on functional outcomes in a busy outpatient setting. Monday–Friday schedule with long-term growth within a multi-clinic organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or eligible in California.
• DPT or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based treatment focused on functional outcomes
• Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and support staff
