Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Site Supervisor for our Milford, CT outpatient rehab clinic. The role combines patient care (about 80%) with administrative leadership (about 20%).

The ideal candidate has orthopedic experience and CT PT license, and will lead a team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services aligned with our strategic goals. Qualifications

• CT PT license required for practice in Connecticut.
• Experience evaluating and treating orthopedic populations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications required.
• 2+ years in the field; 2-3 years outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Develop and maintain relationships with staff and partners to support patient care.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate employees to align with the organization's vision.
• Resolve customer, patient, and client issues per policy.
