Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Outpatient team in Ormond Beach, FL. This position delivers high-quality care in a patient-centered environment with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

You will evaluate and treat a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain timely documentation in accordance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Florida.
• CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care for a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment techniques.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Promote evidence-based patient care and best clinical practices.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal requirements.
