Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The role offers an annual base salary of $86,000–$105,000, plus up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and weekly bonus based on patient volume.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Experience in outpatient musculoskeletal therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care.
• Delivering skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting approach based on progress.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.
