Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Litchfield Park, AZ. The role offers a strong compensation package with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a base salary range of $86,000–$105,000, plus weekly bonuses based on patient volume.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible to obtain licensure in state)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care

Responsabilités

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care to meet patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track patient outcomes and adapt approaches based on progress.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.
