Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Program Manager - Outpatient who can balance patient care with leadership responsibilities. This role covers assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekends or evenings.

You will build relationships with residents, families, and staff, drive program development, coordinate scheduling, and work with the Area Manager to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and liaison duties.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager to coordinate resident and staff needs.
