Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Brownsburg, IN is hiring a Program Manager for our outpatient services. This role focuses on leadership, coordination with residents, staff, and the Area Manager, and functions as the go-to person for operations and patient care.

The ideal candidate will have an active Therapist/Assistant license in the state, meet clinical competency requirements, and hold CPR certification. Full-time, part-time and PRN options are available with a commitment to quality care and staff

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• As lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
