Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Outpatient team in Ormond Beach, FL. Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.

• CPR/BLS Certification.
