Greg Ott Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Mint Hill outpatient clinic. You’ll assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and postoperative needs, building relationships and advancing clinical skills in a supportive team.

Expect a ~50-visit weekly caseload with built-in documentation time, opportunities to specialize in orthopedics, manual therapy, spine, vestibular, and concussion care, along

Competenze

• Licensed PT or PTA in the state of practice or eligibility.
• CAPTE-accredited degree required for PT (DPT or legacy).
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning for patient care.

Mansioni

• Assess and treat orthopedic, neurological, pre/post-op, and sport-related conditions.
• Develop outpatient therapy plans of care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with providers and document treatment in EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of ~50 visits per week with time for documentation.
