Job summary

Michigan Orthopedic Center seeks a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist to support our Outpatient Physical Therapy clinics across Grand Ledge, Lansing, and Okemos. You will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients, and help drive excellent clinical outcomes in a 100% outpatient setting.

You will work within a collaborative team, receive mentorship, and contribute to post-surgical rehabilitation and active recovery programs, while upholding high professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• Open to those with pending state licensure or those sitting for the state board exam within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including assessments, interventions, home exercise programs, and education to help patients achieve functional goals.
• Demonstrate superior clinical outcomes and high patient satisfaction while contributing to efficient clinic operations.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and training to expand skills and grow within the profession.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Uphold professionalism, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards while communicating effectively with patients and staff.
• Exhibit strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills to manage patient care.
