FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Anderson is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehab. This full-time role offers mentorship, structured onboarding, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements.

New grads are welcome, with opportunities to grow clinically within a supportive team and build a long-term outpatient PT career. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, plus healthcare stipend and professional development.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree.
• Current or pending South Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in orthopedic, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and findings.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting.
• Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and balance training.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients regarding their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention and wellness.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate as a collaborative member of the rehabilitation team.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes.
