FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Anderson is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient orthopedic and vestibular program. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with no weekend requirements, offering a salary between $80,000 and $95,000 per year.

We provide mentorship, structured onboarding, and training to help you grow clinically and build a long-term career in outpatient physical therapy.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent required/licensed in SC or eligible for license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in orthopedic, vestibular and balance rehab recommended

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and findings
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting
• Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and balance training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients about diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and wellness
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to provide patient-centered care

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Anderson is growing, and we are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree

• Current or pending South Carolina Physical Therapist license

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus, but not required

• Interest in orthopedic, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
