Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in Spokane, WA. You will develop personalized treatment plans, perform evaluations, and guide patients toward rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, licensure, and shows a commitment to evidence-based practice, with outpatient experience preferred. Relocation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using Raintree.
• Educate patients and families about rehab processes and home programs.
• Regularly monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Stay updated on latest research and best practices in physical therapy.
