Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a physical therapy program and licensure in Washington.
• CPR certification and current Washington state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy per physician's plan of care.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum performance.
• Observe, record and report patient response and changes in condition.
• Instruct and advise patients and families in physical therapy phases.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient progress.
