Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the Fitness Quest team in Florida. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and craft evidence-based plans of care tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.

The role emphasizes mentorship, structured career development, and access to innovative AI documentation tools, with strong support for ongoing education through Evidence in Motion and multiple career pathways.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
