Job summary

Fitness Quest PT in Florida's Punta Gorda area is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic, mentorship-supported environment.

You will assess movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals, and deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education, while tracking outcomes and advocating for patients throughout recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with ability to obtain licensure in Florida.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction through patient history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals, needs and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
