Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Hicksville, NY. This full-time role offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 with total compensation ranging from $95,000–$120,000, depending on certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026: eligible PTs may choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.
