Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Port Washington, NY. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is new-grad friendly and features a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 with total compensation of $95,000–$120,000, commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026: eligible PTs may receive up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

Qualifications

• Active (or in-progress) PT license.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
• A team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
