Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Manhasset, NY. This full-time role offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 and a total compensation range of $95,000–$120,000, commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026: up to $50,000 student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus over four years. We provide mentorship, structured onboarding, and opportunities for national certifications,

Qualifications

• Active PT license (or in progress).
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
• Team-first mindset and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
