Baptist Health System, Inc. in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join Baptist Health Physical Therapy in the BHMG network.

The PT will evaluate patient needs in the outpatient clinic and develop and implement a care plan, coordinating with physicians and families to promote optimal recovery. The role requires a Kentucky Physical Therapy license, BLS within 90 days, and availability to work 40 hours per week with occasional early or late shifts to accommodate

Competenze

• Current Kentucky Physical Therapy License is required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional early or late shifts.

• Evaluate patients’ health care needs in the outpatient clinic and develop an appropriate plan.
