Job summary

Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Spring Branch outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and function.

You'll work with an interdisciplinary team, manage a typical caseload of 10–12 visits per day, and be supported by mentorship, professional development opportunities, and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent (CAPTE-accredited).
• Texas license or eligibility to practice.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Collaborate with patients, families and physicians to optimize outcomes.
• Educate on injury prevention, wellness, and home programs.
• Document progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
