Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Spring Branch, Texas. You will provide evidence-based care for orthopedic injuries and post-surgical conditions, within a supportive, patient-centered clinic.

Qualifications

• DPT (or MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, strength, balance and function.
• Treat orthopedic, post‑operative, vestibular, balance, gait and sports medicine conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate on injury prevention, wellness and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to maximize patient care time.
• Manage a caseload of ~10–12 patient visits per day for outpatient care.
• Support a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Education
