Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and set goals.
• Design individualized treatment plans using therapeutic techniques.
• Provide ADL retraining and gait training.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and plans.
• Develop Home Exercise Programs (HEP) tailored to each patient.
• Recommend and fit therapeutic equipment as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
• Stay current with advances in physical therapy.
