Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced or new Physical Therapy Grad for a direct hire with an outpatient ortho facility in Fort Collins. The role offers one-on-one patient care, a supportive clinical team, and a flexible schedule with dedicated documentation time.

New graduates are welcome to apply. Work with patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
