Direct Performance Physical Therapy in Virginia Beach, VA, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic practice. The position offers full-time (40 hours) with flexible, part-time options (20 hours over 2 weekdays).

Mentorship is provided to new graduates, including weekly sessions and continuing education opportunities. Caseload focuses on general orthopedics, active adults, and athletes, with one-on-one care and a typical schedule of 40–44 patients weekly.

Qualifications

• Eligible for VA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior outpatient ortho experience preferred.
• New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
• Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
• Part-time candidates with 20 hours over 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting serving all ages.
• Patient care is one-on-one with no aides or assistants; expect 40–44 patients per week.
• Initial evaluations are one hour; treatment sessions are 40–45 minutes.
