KORT - Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Madisonville, KY. The role offers flexibility to tailor your caseload across orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, and pelvic health, with a focus on helping patients return to their best activities.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with a compensation starting at $73,000–$95,000 annually, plus incentives including up to $20,000 sign-on and student debt relief.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing PT.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
