Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Doctorate in Physical Therapy to join our Clinical team. You will deliver evidence-based physical therapy, develop patient-centered treatment plans, and educate patients to improve mobility and quality of life.

You will supervise PT assistants and document care in EMR, collaborating with physicians and staff to support performance improvement and high-quality care. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred and BLS/PT licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Licensure as Physical Therapist where applicable per state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical knowledge and apply evidence-based practices.
• Establish, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals.
• Document accurately in EMR and provide patient education.
• Supervise PT assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per regulations.
