Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment. The role involves joining a growing outpatient team and delivering PT services to patients under physician orders.

The candidate will develop care plans, perform skilled interventions, assess patient progress, and collaborate with the care team to meet goals. This contract position requires commitment to a flexible schedule and dedicated patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
