Job summary

Select Medical in Saco, ME is seeking a driven Center Manager to lead our outpatient orthopaedic and sports physical therapy clinic. You’ll oversee daily operations, build strong clinician and community relationships, and drive patient volumes through outreach and partnerships.

You’ll coordinate a collaborative team of PTs and PTAs, monitor performance metrics, and lead growth initiatives while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Build relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners.
• Grow clinic through community outreach and engagement.
