Job summary

Select Medical's Saco Bay PT in Westbrook, ME is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead as Outpatient Center Manager, with pelvic floor experience preferred. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of $85k to $110k depending on experience.

In this role you will oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, build physician and payor relationships, expand the patient portfolio, and mentor PTs and PTAs. Sign-on bonus up to $20k and student debt repayment are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state physical therapist license to practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.
