Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager in Bethel, ME. The role leads daily clinic operations to deliver outstanding patient care and builds strong relationships with patients, physicians, and partners.

You will drive growth via community engagement, monitor metrics, and develop a talented PT/PTA team while supporting philanthropy and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state PT license to practice.
• CPR certification not mandatory but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure outstanding patient experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners.
• Drive clinic growth through community engagement and outreach.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
