Job summary

Saco Bay PT is opening a new outpatient center in Waterville, ME and seeks a dynamic Physical Therapist to lead the operation as Center Manager. You will oversee daily clinical and business activities, grow patient volumes, manage staff, and foster a culture of excellence in a startup environment.

The position offers a salary range of $80k to $110k based on experience, with sign-on bonus up to $20k and student debt repayment. Monday to Friday schedule, driving high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient center.
• Drive business growth and patient volumes.
• Foster a culture of excellence and lead a talented clinical team.
• Grow physician relationships and manage patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with programs and events to give back to the community.
