Job summary

Sidney Health Center in Sidney, Montana, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment with the potential for extension. This outpatient role requires delivering PT services, performing 1-hour evaluations, and leading 45-minute treatment sessions within a multidisciplinary rehab team.

Work 36–40 hours per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee. Pay rate is $65–$70 per hour, with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life, 401K matching, and credentialing

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience in outpatient settings.
• Strong focus on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries.
• Ability to collaborate with a rehabilitation team including PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Experience documenting in EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct 1-hour patient evaluations.
• Deliver 45-minute daily treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team.
• Work with referrals from surgeons and physicians.
• Document in EPIC (preferred).
• Adhere to scheduled hours with a 36-hour weekly guarantee.
