Sidney Health Center is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our I CARE team in Sidney, Montana. The position involves providing high-quality patient care, including patient evaluations and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license in Physical Therapy in Montana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and specialty rehab services.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, progress notes, and daily treatment for patients.
• Align rehabilitation services with organizational goals.
• Develop appropriate plans of care based on differential diagnosis.
