Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions.
• Develop progressive treatment programs to improve strength, mobility, balance and function.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and independence.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
