FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Franklin, MA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with no weekend hours and a competitive salary of $90,000–$105,000 plus potential bonuses.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions. We value autonomy, mentorship, teamwork, and a supportive environment that helps you grow your clinical expertise

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or in final stages of licensure).
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required).
• New or Recent Graduates welcomed.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services.
• Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
