Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or in the final stages of obtaining licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance and mobility conditions.
• Develop progressive treatment programs to improve strength, mobility, balance and function.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness and long-term independence.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and collaborate with clinicians.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
• Treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve excellent patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or in the final stages of obtaining licensure
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
