The Care Clinic is seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a physician-owned practice with a flexible schedule and the option for telemedicine. Focus is on adults 18–65, with a collaborative team and opportunities for growth equity bonuses.

Candidates should be MD/DOs with Psychiatry board certification or eligibility, have at least 1 year of post-training experience, and hold an active multi-state license where applicable. Ketamine therapy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Minimum 1 year of post-training psychiatry experience.
• Active medical license; multi-state preferred (list includes VA, MD, KY, OH, etc.).
• IMLCC license preferred.
• Ability to supervise mid-level providers (optional).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults (18–65).
• Offer flexible scheduling with potential telemedicine sessions.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams.
• Supervise NPs/PAs (eligible for pay differential).
• Participate in innovative treatments, including Ketamine therapy.

We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated Psychiatrist (BC/BE) to join our growing team and help shape the future of psychiatric care.

This unique opportunity offers a blend of traditional outpatient psychiatry and innovative treatments including Ketamine therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible schedule: 10–40 hours/week (part-time or full-time)
• Optional telemedicine services
• Supervision of NPs/PAs (eligible for pay differential)
• Collaborative team with administrative and clinical support
