Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking innovative psychiatrists to join our physician-owned and led group, now expanding to 8 states and 36 locations. This outpatient-only role offers no call, a flexible 4–5 day work week, and strong clinical and administrative support.

We provide comprehensive benefits, 22 PTO days plus 11 paid holidays, and ongoing training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapies, with annual provider retreats in exotic locations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to outpatients in a clinic setting.
• Incorporate TMS and IV ketamine therapies as part of treatment plans.
