Job summary

LifeStance Health, a leading outpatient psychiatry network, is seeking psychiatrists in Ohio (Dayton) for flexible, hybrid work arrangements. Full- and part-time roles offer outpatient-only duties, with telemedicine and in-person options, up to 75% remote.

Compensation ranges from $327,000 to $414,000 annually plus a sign-on bonus and full benefits. Candidates must be fully licensed in Ohio (BE/BC) with an unencumbered DEA and experience treating adults, children/adolescents, or lifespan.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio medical license; BE/BC; unencumbered DEA.
• Experience treating adults, children, or lifespan psychiatry.
• Outpatient focus with full-/part-time availability; flexible/hybrid schedule.
